Our Senior Pastor was raised on a family farm in North Dakota and later worked as an aircraft mechanic for 16 years in commercial aviation. It was while working and living in Texas that he and his wife devoted their lives to Christ in response to hearing the Bible taught over the radio. 

With the encouragement of his local church, Jonn attended Dallas Theological Seminary where he earned his Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies. He was ordained by Denton Bible Church in 2009 (Denton, TX) and was called to pastor Port St. Lucie Bible Church in 2014. Pastor Jonn and Rita have made South Florida their home as this church strives to reach the Treasure Coast with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
